Die zweite Slower-Platte besteht aus Amy Tung/Barryhouse (Year Of The Cobra) am Gesang und Bass, Esben Willems (Monolord) am Schlagzeug und Bob Balch (Fu Manchu) an der Gitarre. Die ursprüngliche Absicht war Slayers EP "Haunting The Chapel" komplett zu covern. Sie begannen mit "Chemical Warfare" und gingen dann zu "Haunting The Chapel" über, aber bei "Captor Of Sin" angekommen, merkten sie, dass dieses Stück überhaupt nicht verlangsamt werden wollte. Also fingen sie an eigene Songs zu schreiben. Das Ergebnis ist "Rage And Ruin": Zwei Seiten mit Slayer-Songs, in der Mitte ergänzt durch Slower-Originale. * Heavy Psych
